The 2007 release from the Autumn tour by the cross-Canada touring collective of Ruth Minnikin, Dale Murray, Kate Maki, Ryan Bishops and Nathan Lawr.

Inspired by Bob Dylan's Rolling Thunder Revue, these talented musicians toured across Canada twice in 2005 as a travelling band of singing songwriters known as A Midwinter Night's Dream and A Midautumn Night's Dream. From coast to coast, they took turns as lead singer while the others acted as back up on drums, bass, guitar, piano, organ, pedal steel, accordion, harmonica and harmonies. For each tour, a ten song album was recorded live off the floor in one day, packaged in hand-drawn (by Nathan), handmade sleeves, and sold exclusively off stage.

A Midautumn Night's Dream was recorded on September 20th, 2005 at Common Ground Studios in Halifax.
